Linkers is a proudly family owned, and family operated construction company dating back to 1996.

Here at Linkers, we aim to abolish the reputation in the industry, that building your house is a blurred, costly and a complicated process.

We pride ourselves in making the building process transparent, easy to understand, and cost effective – this assurance runs through the core of our business.

Design & Architectural & Approval

Do you already have a council approved or CDC approved architectural plan of what you want to build? If so, we can build based off the approved plans you give to us! If you want us to take care of the pre-construction phase which includes architectural plans all the way to council or CDC approval, we can take care of this for you too!

Construction & Handover

Upon practical completion of your property and after successful inspections, your local council will issue what is called an Occupation Certificate (OC). We can deliver the property to the interim OC stage, as some clients like to take their time and receive the final OC later on, and save costs. The interim OC usually excludes the following: landscaping, blinds, TV antenna, letterbox, clothesline. You can still occupy your property on an interim OC.

8 easy steps!

Simple, Easy to Understand Process.

• Step 1 - We require the following documents for your property:

A) Section 10.7          B) Sewer diagram

C) Title Search           D) Section 88(b)

• Step 2 - A survey report for your property.

• Step 3 - Meeting with Linkers to get an understanding of your requirements, expectation, budget and time.

• Step 4 - Design draft floor plans, inclusions and submit tender to client. 10% deposit due on acceptance of tender.

• Step 5 - All internal and external selections.

• Step 6 - Payment of all council contributions/levies/fees by client.

• Step 7 - Obtain DA (development application) or CDC (complying development certificate) approval and CC (construction certificate).

• Step 8 - Construction process begins until hand over to client!

90 Days care

The prices on our contracts are 100% fixed to ensure there are no hidden or nasty surprises when you deal with Linkers. Building a house is a substantial monetary investment, and we want to make sure you know how much you are spending - it's your home!

Our standard inclusions list is designed to ensure that those with smaller budgets  feel like they are a top priority. We have tailor made our inclusion list to ensure that any client who builds a home with Linkers, comes home to superior quality.

Our relationship with our clients does not end when we handover the home. Our 90 days builders care will ensure that any post-handover issues that are brought to the clients attention once they reside in the property, will be attended to by our team.
